Monthly Musical Evening Programs are scheduled by the Executive Committee on a weekend of each month and the dates are informed to the members in advance for them to come prepared for rendering their favorite songs.  Some of these programs will have an orchestra to provide background music.  On such occasions, a cassette containing the songs they want to render is given in advance to the Orchestra group leader (Sri. Rana) at least two days prior to the scheduled meeting and a rehearsal is conducted at his premises near Saphalyam complex on the same day or the previous day of the program. The monthly programs usually start by 6.30 p.m. and extends till 9.30 pm, followed by a dinner.
