Madhurima Music Club celebrated the X-mas on December 24, 2007 at the Prof. Krishnan Nair Hall, Trivandurm. Sri. Vivekandan, club vice-president welcomed the gathering. The program began with one of our members lighting a candle and a group of singers singing the Carol song . This was followed by the presidential addres by Sri. Perumpuzha Gopalakrishnan. A cake was cut by the tiny tots of Madhurima and distributed among the members. Afterwards there was a Thiruvathira dance by the ladies of Madhurima, followed by many songs rendered by its members. During the program, the Santa Claus came on stage and distributed presents to all those who were present. There was also a dance program by the juniors of madhurima to conclude the days activities. The program was compered by Mr. M.N. Pradeep Kumar.

Sri. N. Ayyappan, the Dist Collector and his family were guests of the evening. They are seated to the right of Sri Perumpuzha and to his left is Dr. K.P. Kannan.

Smt. Shobha Kannan who happend to be in Trivandrum could also attend our X-mas program. She sings a classical based malayalam song.

Smt. Parvathy Suresh sings a melodious malayam song for the members.

Mr. Aravind, son of Sri. Vivekanadan, studying at NIT Trichy was present on that day and he sings a malayalam song.

The kids of Madhurima dances to the tune of a Hindi film song. Here is a short video of this dance.  

Views of the audience attending the X-mas program. Thiruvathira dance performed by the ladies of Madhurima was the highlight of the evening. All the ladies who participated in it had practised to make it to perfection!!
