The membership in the Club is presently limited to 30 families. This has been done with a view to provide cohesiveness and opportunity to all the member families to sing the songs of their choice in the monthly meetings that last for 2-3 hours. We welcome those who propose to join our club to get in touch with one of our present members and participate in one of our monthly meetings as their guest to have a feel of how Madhurima is before making up your mind to join our Club.

The joining fee is Rs.500/- and the monthly charge is Rs.100/- per family, excluding the cost of dinner.
